Application Tip: Use medium speed and light feed pressure on sheet metal. Clamp thin stock to a sacrificial board to prevent flexing under the blade and to back the cut for a cleaner edge. For thicker sheet, run a light bead of cutting oil along the cut line to reduce friction and extend blade life.

Selection Tip: Pick the 24 TPI for thin sheet (under 1/8"). For thicker metal stock and tubing, step down to the 14 TPI blade -- fewer, larger teeth chip through 1/4" plus material faster without overheating.
