Installation Tip: Drill the hole with a carbide masonry bit matched to the anchor diameter (1/2"). Blow the hole clean of dust, drop the anchor through the fixture, and torque the nut to the manufacturer specification. For wedge anchors the bit size equals the nominal bolt diameter.

Where to use: Balances embedment depth with fixture thickness for handrail brackets, equipment feet on raised slab, and structural connections over thicker base plates.
