The threaded wedge expands against the hole wall as the nut is torqued down, locking the anchor in for sustained load-bearing applications -- structural brackets, machinery bases, posts, handrails, and benches.

Installation Tip: Drill the hole with a carbide masonry bit matched to the anchor diameter (5/8"). Blow the hole clean of dust, drop the anchor through the fixture, and torque the nut to the manufacturer specification. For wedge anchors the bit size equals the nominal bolt diameter.

Where to use: Heavy-duty anchoring for column bases, large machinery feet, guardrail posts, and heavy structural connections. The 10-count box reflects single-application heavy use.
