Tip: Workhorse general fabrication for sill-plate anchors, ledger-board through-bolts, equipment mount studs, mid-load pipe and conduit hangers, and standard deck framing tie-rods. At 36 in. this is handy stock for cut-to-fit hangers and anchor work under about three feet. Pair with hot-dipped galvanized hex nuts and washers - mixing electroplated hardware on a hot-dipped rod sacrifices the corrosion advantage at the joint.
