Tip: Pull no more than 100 lb tension and keep the bend radius at 5x the cable diameter to avoid damaging the insulation. NEC limits 6 AWG NM-B to 55 A breakers (60 deg C column) - this is below the 65 A on 6 AWG THHN. Sub-panel feeders need 4-conductor (6/3) to keep neutral and ground separated downstream.
