Rust-Oleum High Heat renews and protects metal surfaces subject to heat up to 1200 deg F, holding its color through repeated heating cycles where ordinary paint fails - most Rust-Oleum paints are rated to only about 200 deg F surface temperature. Use it on the exterior of barbeque grills, wood stoves, radiators, fire pits, fireplace screens, and automotive parts.

Do not use on metal directly exposed to open flame, or on surfaces in direct contact with food such as a grill grate. Apply between 50 and 90 deg F with humidity below 85 percent.

Heat curing: allow the paint to dry 1 hour before heating. Heat curing is required for service above 500 deg F - cure at 450 deg F for one hour to develop full performance and durability. The finish may emit smoke and a harmless odor the first time it is heated, so ventilate the area. Do not spray near an open flame.
