The Lazer CT is Lenox's carbide-tipped recip blade for cast iron, stainless steel, and other dense metals where standard bi-metal blades dull quickly. Carbide teeth and a titanium-nitride coating deliver up to 50x the life of conventional bi-metal blades in the same materials. The 9" length gives reach for 4" and larger cast iron pipe, deeper structural cuts, and through-cuts the 6" can't finish.

Tip: Let the carbide teeth do the work - excess feed pressure chips carbide. Keep RPM moderate, orbital action OFF, and ease into the cut for the first 1/4" until the kerf is established. The 9" length flexes more than the 6" - support the work and the blade close to the cut whenever possible.
