Bi-metal reciprocating saw blade engineered for demanding metal cutting. The Heavy Duty series body is built 44% thicker than Lenox's standard blades for less wandering and longer life when cutting heavy steel, stainless, cast iron, and other tough materials. The 9" length reaches into deeper assemblies and through-cuts that the 6" cannot.

• 9" overall blade length x 3/4" wide x 0.050" thick (HD series body)
• 14 TPI - finer pitch for cleaner cuts in thinner metal stock and stainless
• M42 high-speed-steel teeth welded to a flexible spring-steel body for impact resistance
• Universal 1/2" tang fits all corded and cordless reciprocating saws (Milwaukee Sawzall, DeWalt, Makita, Ridgid, etc.)
• Application: 1/8" to 1/4" plate, EMT and rigid conduit, threaded rod, angle iron, automotive panels, demolition cut-through where 6" runs out of reach
• Best run on higher-amp / higher-voltage saws - the thicker body wants the torque

Tip: 14 TPI is the right pick when you want a smoother edge on thinner stainless or conduit - going coarser (10/14 or 10 TPI) chatters and walks on thin wall. Run orbital setting OFF for metal, and let the blade do the work rather than push-feeding.
