This nylon adapter connects 5/8" barbed tubing to a 3/4" male garden hose thread. One end is a barb for use with plastic tubing or rubber hose; the other threads into a female garden hose coupling. Nylon will not rust or corrode, which makes it a common choice for drip irrigation, siphons, transfer pumps and other low-pressure water lines.

Tip: Check the thread gender before ordering. A male garden hose thread (MGHT) fitting screws INTO a female hose coupling. If you need one that screws ONTO a male hose end, order the female garden hose thread (FGHT) version instead. Secure the tubing to the barb with a hose clamp.
