This nylon adapter connects 5/8" barbed tubing to a 3/4" female garden hose thread. One end is a barb for use with plastic tubing or rubber hose; the other threads onto the male end of a garden hose, spigot or pump port. Nylon will not rust or corrode, which makes it a common choice for drip irrigation, siphons, transfer pumps and other low-pressure water lines.

Tip: Check the thread gender before ordering. A female garden hose thread (FGHT) fitting screws ONTO a male hose end. If you need one that screws INTO a female hose coupling, order the male garden hose thread (MGHT) version instead. Secure the tubing to the barb with a hose clamp.
