Old Masters Wiping Wood Stain is a robust, oil-based stain for use on wood, fiberglass, metal, and composition surfaces. The thick, rich formula allows easy application and superior color control, achieving rich, uniform color on most surfaces in a single application. Suitable for interior use, and for exterior use when top coated with a protective clear finish. Ideal as a wiping stain, glazing, or antiquing finish on bare wood, previously finished surfaces, and difficult-to-stain woods such as pine, poplar, maple, and birch.
