Reduce one pipe size to another inside a single threaded joint. The 1/2" male end of this Anderson Metals hex bushing threads into a larger female port, and its 3/8" female end accepts the next fitting, so no separate coupling or nipple is needed. The hex body gives a wrench a positive grip for tightening and removal.

• 1/2" male pipe thread (MPT) x 3/8" female pipe thread (FPT)
• NPT thread sizes 1/2-14 x 3/8-18
• Hex size 0.81", overall length 0.81"
• Lead-free brass; Anderson lists this series as a lead-free compliant product meeting Public Law 111-380, California AB-1953 and Vermont S.152
• For use with brass or steel pipe

Note: Supplied in bulk - these fittings are packed loose, not individually carded or tagged.
