BLACK SWAN WET-OR-DRY PVC CEMENT, BLUE - QUARTFast-setting, medium-bodied PVC cement designed for wet conditions and applications requiring quick pressurization. This blue-tinted formula bonds all classes and schedules of PVC pipe and fittings through 6" diameter and Schedule 80 through 4". NSF certified for potable water, sewer, drain, and vent systems. The quart size is ideal for larger projects.
