BLACK SWAN WET-OR-DRY PVC CEMENT, BLUE - PINTFast-setting, medium-bodied PVC cement designed for wet conditions and applications requiring quick pressurization. This blue-tinted formula bonds all classes and schedules of PVC pipe and fittings through 6" diameter and Schedule 80 through 4". NSF certified for potable water, sewer, drain, and vent systems.
