3/16" diameter, 3-3/4" overall length jobber bit. Standard pilot for 3/16" plastic or lead anchors used on small shelf brackets, picture rails, conduit straps, and door hardware. Also drills clean 3/16" holes in tile, glass block, and sheet metal for general fastening work.

Tip: Switch the drill to rotary mode (hammer off) when going through metal, tile, glass block, or thin plastic to avoid cracking or chipping the workpiece. Use hammer mode only when the carbide tip is fully into solid masonry. Withdraw the bit periodically to clear dust from the flute - clogged flutes overheat the carbide and shorten bit life.
