Build or rebuild a custom window or door screen with this PrimeLine aluminum frame kit. Bronze-painted aluminum matches bronze and dark brown vinyl windows, anodized aluminum sliding doors, and dark trim. Each kit assembles into a single screen up to 60" x 60", or any smaller rectangle you cut and miter.

• Frame profile: 3/4" x 5/16" hollow aluminum extrusion
• Stock length: 60" (cut to size for your opening)

• Accepts standard fiberglass or aluminum window screen mesh, or pet screen, or flexible solar/poly film
• Replaces missing or damaged screens in sliding, hinged, or fixed window and door openings

Tip: Cut frame pieces to length with a hacksaw or miter saw, snap the plastic corners into the ends, square the assembly, lay the mesh over the frame, and roll the vinyl spline into the channel using a screen spline tool (sold separately). Trim excess mesh with a utility knife. Match the spline diameter to the frame channel for a tight, drum-flat screen.
