Charlotte Pipe Schedule 40 threaded reducer bushing steps down a 2" female fitting socket to a 1-1/2" threaded outlet. The 2" male pipe thread (MPT) end installs into a 2" FPT fitting, and the 1-1/2" female pipe thread (FPT) outlet accepts a 1-1/2" threaded pipe or fitting. White PVC Type 1 construction for pressure and non-pressure systems.

Tip: Use PTFE tape or PVC-compatible thread sealant on both threaded ends. Hand-tighten plus one to two turns - PVC threads strip easily if overtightened with a wrench.
