Ortho GroundClear Year Long Vegetation Killer2 Concentrate kills weeds, grasses and existing vegetation and prevents regrowth for up to 1 year. It is made for places where you want nothing to grow for at least a year - driveways, sidewalks, fence lines, paver patios, walkways, gravel areas, parking areas and other hardscapes. The fast-acting formula starts working immediately and is rainproof in 1 hour.

• Active ingredients: imazapyr, isopropylamine salt 0.47%; pelargonic acid 5.00%
• Mixing: 24 fl oz of concentrate per 1 gallon of water in a tank sprayer treats up to 300 sq ft
• Apply to bare ground or to actively growing weeds; for best results apply on a sunny day above 60 deg F
• If the soil is dry, water the area the day before applying
• Limit applications to once per year (in areas of heavy rainfall, applications may need to be repeated every 6 to 8 months)

Important - this is not a spot weed killer: the product stays active in the soil for up to one year. Do not use it on lawns, on or around fruits, vegetables, flowers, shrubs or trees, or over the root zone of shrubs and trees. Do not use it where you plan to plant lawns, fruits, vegetables, flowers or other plants. Do not apply next to a fence if desirable plants are growing on the other side, and do not apply on slopes, where movement on the soil surface can damage plants downhill.

Caution: Causes substantial but temporary eye injury - wear goggles, and wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling. People and pets may enter the treated area after it has dried. Apply in calm weather when no rain is expected for the next 24 hours, and do not let the product run off into storm drains, gutters, ditches or surface water. Always read and follow the product label.
