Use Tip: Replace the plunger when the hydrant drips after shut-off, when flow is restricted, or whenever you service the rod stem. Pull the operating rod assembly out the top of the head, swap the old plunger off the brass rod stem (Part #10104), and reinstall. No excavation required.

Service Note: The Y34 and Y1 hydrants use different plungers (#10105 and #10106). Confirm your hydrant model on the head casting before ordering. Shut off the water at the main before pulling the operating rod.
