High carbon steel hexagon die for cutting new M4 x 0.70 metric threads and restoring damaged ones by hand. The 1" across-flats hex body drops into a standard hexagon die stock, and because it is a hex rather than a round die it can also be driven with a wrench or a socket where there is no room to swing a die stock handle.
