MALLEABLE IRON PIPE COUPLING

Threaded malleable iron coupling with female NPT threads on both ends. Used to join two same-size pipes in a straight inline run.

  • Material: malleable iron, Class 150
  • Finish: galvanized - corrosion-resistant for water service and outdoor use
  • Ends: female NPT x female NPT
  • Size: 1/2"

Tip: Apply PTFE thread tape or pipe-joint compound to the male pipe threads before assembly. Hand-tighten, then add one to two wrench turns - over-tightening can crack the casting.
