A water-based, EPA-registered fungicidal protective coating that paints over and kills existing mold, mildew, moss, fungi, odor-causing bacteria and other fungal organisms. It contains an EPA-registered antimicrobial that prevents the growth of mold, mildew and other fungal organisms on the paint film, and it helps cover residual microbiological and fungal stains.

Important: Fix the source of any moisture problem before remediation. Do not attempt to salvage damaged or structurally unsound building materials - consult a qualified professional for a thorough inspection. Where the surface is wet, slimy, heavily soiled or has loose material or overgrowth, remove that material first so the coating will bond. For heavy water-stained areas, prime with Mold Killing Primer, let it dry, and follow with a Zinsser stain-blocking primer such as B-I-N, B-I-N Advanced or Cover Stain.
