Cabot Semi-Transparent Stain is a deep-penetrating, linseed oil-based stain that beautifies and protects exterior wood. The lightly pigmented formula highlights the natural grain, texture, and color variation in the wood rather than masking it.

The water-repellent formula resists moisture, fading, and mildew, and - when properly applied - won't crack, peel, or blister. Use on exterior wood decking, siding, shingles, shakes, and roofs. Performs especially well on rough sawn surfaces, and delivers excellent results on cedar, fir, pine, cypress, spruce, redwood, and plywood panel siding.
