High carbon steel machine screw plug tap for cutting standard National Fine (UNF) 10-32 NF threads by hand. The plug-style chamfer (3-5 threads) starts smoothly in a pre-drilled hole and produces a Class 2B fit, suitable for routine maintenance, repair work, re-threading and general production tapping.
