Anderson Metals lead free brass 90-degree elbow joins 5/8" SAE 45-degree flared tubing to a 1/2" male pipe thread. The flare seal is metal-to-metal, so the joint comes apart and goes back together many times with no effect on the seal.

Assembly: Cut a smooth, square end on the tubing. Slide the nut onto the tube with its threads facing the end. Flare the end of the tube. Thread the nut onto the body until snug, then 1/6 turn further.
