The BrassCraft PSSD-43 Steel Male Union is designed for connecting corrugated gas connectors to gas appliances. This durable fitting features a flare connection on one end and male pipe threads on the other for secure, leak-free installations.

• 1/2" OD flare x 1/2" MIP connection (tapped 3/8" FIP)
• For use with 3/8" ID (1/2" OD) corrugated gas connectors
• Manufactured from solid bar stock for seamless, durable construction
• Operating temperature range: -40 to 150 deg F
• Compatible with natural, manufactured, mixed, and LP gas applications
• Recommended for gas ranges, furnaces, water heaters, and fixed air heaters

Installation: The flared end connects to the gas connector nut, while the male end connects to the gas appliance inlet, gas ball valve, or gas supply stub out.
