Join PEX tubing to a female iron pipe thread with this adapter. JMF brass PEX insert fittings are formed from heavyweight plumbing brass bar stock and are designed for use in hot and cold water distribution potable systems.

Tip: This is the brass insert fitting, not JMF's poly alloy line - the poly alloy adapters are built to ASTM F2159 and are a different part. Cut the PEX square, push the barb fully home so the tubing seats past the last rib, then set the ring with a crimp or clamp tool and check it with the manufacturer's go/no-go gauge.
