Three-way compression tee that branches a tubing run without flaring, soldering or threading. All three ends take 5/16" O.D. tubing. The lead free brass is made for potable water service.

Tip: Cut the tubing square with a tubing cutter and deburr the end. Slide the nut on first and the sleeve second, then seat the tube fully against the insert in the fitting body. Hand-tighten the nut, then draw it up with a wrench until the joint seals. The sleeve bites into the tubing the first time it is tightened, so avoid overtightening.
