Step 3 of the Penofin Pro-Tech Wood Care system. Pro-Tech Brightener neutralizes tough tannin stains, rust marks, and watermarks on wood decking, siding, and fences and removes mill glaze for better finish penetration. It re-establishes the pH balance of the wood after stripping and cleaning and brightens gray, weathered surfaces back to a mill-bright color. Can be used as part of the three-step Pro-Tech system or on its own.
