The smooth white formula is de-aired, so it tools cleanly and smooths to a feather edge without dragging, and it fills in one coat without sinking or shrinking. Once dry it sands effortlessly - small nail holes and hammer dents in drywall can be smoothed with a finger, no sandpaper needed - and it accepts paint like bare drywall, so the patch disappears instead of flashing or glossing through low-sheen and flat paint.

For best results: Do not apply below 50 deg F, and do not apply outdoors if rain is expected within 24 hours. For repairs deeper than 1/8", build it up in two or more layers, letting each layer dry. Wet sanding avoids the dust. For exterior work, always topcoat with a quality paint. Do not use it as a skim coat, on floors, for tuck pointing on brick, or as a caulk or sealant over joints that expand and contract.
