MODERN MASTERS EXTERIOR DEAD FLAT VARNISH

A premium quality, 100 percent acrylic, water-based, non-yellowing varnish formulated for the optimum level of clarity with the least amount of sheen. Use it as a protective finish coat over exterior faux finishes and decorative painted surfaces, and to remove the undesirable variations in sheen created by semi-gloss base coats used with decorative glazes.

• Water-based 100 percent acrylic clear topcoat, dead flat sheen
• Non-yellowing, water resistant, and abrasion resistant
• For exterior faux and decorative paint finishes
• Apply by brush, roller, or spray (HVLP, conventional cup gun, or airless)
• Coverage: approximately 220 to 280 sq. ft. per gallon
• Dry to touch in 30 minutes, recoat in about 2 hours, full cure in 12 hours
• Clean up with warm, soapy water

Tip: A minimum of 2 coats is recommended for best results and maximum protection. Do not apply when air or surface temperature is below 50 deg F or when humidity is high. Not intended for use over oil-based finishes, and not recommended over Modern Masters Metallic Paint Collection or Metal Effects paints. For interior surfaces, use Modern Masters Interior Dead Flat Varnish. Protect from freezing.
