NOTE: FROM SPECTRICIDE:

This product is a systemic fungicide; that means that it is actually absorbed into the tree and translocates throughout it. It serves to cure and prevent listed disease at the site of uptake as well as in other plant regions. "Systemic" does not mean it needs to be applied to the root zone as a soil drench (and, in fact, this product should not be applied that way). A systemic fungicide will generally protect longer than a contact fungicide.
