General Finishes Exterior 450 is a water-based urethane/acrylic topcoat designed for vertical exterior wood surfaces. It provides UV protection to maintain finish integrity, built-in mildewcides, and dries water-white with no ambering. Self-sealing formula requires no separate sealer coat.

• Water-based exterior polyurethane - low VOC (<125 g/L)
• Self-sealing - no separate sealer needed
• Built-in UV absorbers and mildewcides
• Dries water-white with no yellowing
• Apply with brush, roller, or HVLP spray
• Touch dry in 30 minutes, recoat in 2 hours
• Apply 2-3 coats for best results
• Ideal for entry doors, garage doors, fences, and outdoor furniture
• Coverage: 140-160 sq ft per quart
• Cleanup with soap and water
• Flat sheen
