The Curt 45890 Class 3 Ball Mount connects a 2" x 2" trailer hitch receiver to a trailer ball for towing. With a 8" drop and a gross trailer weight rating of 5,000 lbs, it accommodates trailers whose coupler sits below the receiver height. The mount can also be flipped to provide a 6" rise for higher couplers, and the hollow shank keeps overall weight down without sacrificing strength.
