This Southland floor flange anchors 3/4" threaded pipe to a floor, wall, or ceiling. The cast malleable iron body has a female NPT hub and four mounting holes, so the pipe threads straight into the center and the flange bolts down flat against the surface. A galvanized zinc coating protects the casting from rust in damp and exposed locations.
