Build or rebuild a custom window or door screen with this PrimeLine aluminum frame kit. White-painted aluminum matches white vinyl windows, white-trimmed sliding doors, and painted window casings. Each kit assembles into a single screen up to 48" x 48", or any smaller rectangle you cut and miter.

Tip: Cut frame pieces to length with a hacksaw or miter saw, snap the plastic corners into the ends, square the assembly, lay the mesh over the frame, and roll the vinyl spline into the channel using a screen spline tool (sold separately). Trim excess mesh with a utility knife. Match the spline diameter to the frame channel for a tight, drum-flat screen.
