Cash Acme NCLX-5 combination temperature and pressure (T&P) relief valve for residential water heaters and storage tanks. It relieves on either excess temperature or excess pressure and reseats automatically, and every valve is tested for performance before it ships.

• Cast bronze body with brass and stainless steel internal parts, silicone seat disc, and stainless steel spring
• Inert thermal element coating isolates the element from mineral deposits (liming) and galvanic corrosion
• Completely automatic; reseats after either temperature or pressure relief
• Test lever fitted as standard
• Set pressure: 150 psi. Temperature relief: 210 deg F
• 4" thermal element, standard inlet shank
• 3/4" NPS, threaded male NPT inlet and female NPT outlet
• CSA listed to ANSI Z21.22/CSA 4.4 at 105,000 BTU/hr; ASME Boiler Code Section IV rated 500,000 BTU/hr at the 150 psi setting

Note: Codes require that the temperature sensing element contact the water in the top six inches of the tank. A drain line must be fitted to the valve outlet and terminated where a discharge cannot cause personal injury or property damage.
