Schedule 40 PVC reducing male adapter that transitions from a 1/2" slip (socket) connection to a 3/4" male pipe thread (MPT). Used to connect PVC pressure pipe to threaded fittings, valves, or equipment where a size change is needed.

Apply PTFE thread tape or pipe thread sealant on the male threads before assembly. The slip end accepts standard Schedule 40 PVC pipe with solvent-weld cement.
