GRK's RSS Rugged Structural Screw is an easy to install alternative to lag screws and lag bolts. It drives into most woods without pre-drilling, and the specially engineered design makes installation far less work than a conventional lag. The low profile washer head draws two members together for zero gap joints and maximum clamping force.
