The ECO 18 is a mid range electric tankless water heater with EcoSmart's patented self modulating technology. The ECO 18 is capable of heating two sinks and two showers simultaneously in warm climates, and a shower and sink simultaneously in colder climates. The digital temperature control allows you to set your outlet temperature in increments on 1 degree, so that you can set the temperature anywhere from 80°F to 140°F.

 When sized correctly your tankless water heater will provide you with endless on demand hot water. It heats water as it passes thru the unit, instead of storing hot water like a tank type water heater.
