Bar-type sash lift for raising the lower sash on a double-hung window. Installation Tip: Center the lift on the bottom rail of the lower sash and drill pilot holes sized to the screws before driving them, so the rail does not split. On hollow vinyl or composite sashes, seat the screws snug rather than tight.
